We’re excited to celebrate the recent growth of our team. Our headcount as well as as our office space have expanded (more on the office expansion coming soon!). And with this growth, we are excited to share about two promotions:
Sue-Ellen Team has been promoted from Product Manager to Creative Director. Sue-Ellen joined Xtern in 2015. Her background includes many years working with graphic designers and other creatives in a boutique agency. Her keen design acumen, and depth of experience working directly with customers, means that she is perfectly positioned to step into this role. In this new role, she will oversee UX design for websites, mobile and Web apps, and digital catalogs and kiosks for Xtern's growing list of B2B manufacturing customers.
Sean Edwards has been promoted from Web Developer to Web Team and Technical Lead. Sean joined Xtern in 2023. In this new role, he will oversee web development at a higher strategic level to ensure that our projects are done as efficiently and collaboratively as possible. This role will also grant Sean the ability to continue to serve as a mentor to younger developers, imparting vast technical knowledge across the entire team.
