We've had a busy season of hiring and company growth! We are excited to welcome Jordan Lowell to the team as our new System Administrator. Jordan's background and experience will help take the System Administrator role in more of a DevOps direction, helping to ensure seamless go-lives and implementations.
Jordan is currently completing his AAS in Network Management from Forsyth Technical Community College while working at Xtern. He previously worked as a Process Improvement Specialist at a local IT company, and has also completed several specialized certifications and bootcamps.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys swimming and Legos, and spends time volunteering with nonprofits and small businesses in need of technology support. We are so glad to have Jordan on board!
